Jane joined BIA as a Director in 1995. She has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, business and project development and management in the global financial, investor relations, design and construction industries.

Jane’s global financial background dates back to 1981 and includes both sell- and buy-side experience with a multi-billion dollar global hedge fund based in San Francisco and a 12-year career with Prudential Securities as director in London, New York and Los Angeles. Her expertise includes international syndicate, equity transactions group, institutional equity sales and investment banking work. She also assisted in business development of international institutional investors as senior manager for institutional business at Arab-Malaysian Securities in Kuala Lumpur.

Jane is co-founder and managing partner of a women-owned small business enterprise, American Project Management, which works with clients in hospitality, gaming, commercial and government projects. Jane serves as a board member for BIA investor relations and is Country Manager – North America for the non-profit international business association IBAglobalInfo.org. She is a conference advisory board member for Global Gaming Expo – G2E with the casino design track, an allied member of the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association, Associate Member for National Indian Gaming Association and editorial advisory board member for Indian Gaming Magazine.
